Great app with one serious limitation
If Im able to stare at the screen while doing the breathing exercise, it works great. After 15 minutes, I feel incredibly calm and centered, not matter what kind of mood I was in before.
Thing is, Id like to be able to do this while not staring at the screen. I need to sit in front of an acne light with my eyes closed for 30 minutes a day. Other reviewers have mentioned other perfectly ordinary scenarios in which it would be possible to use this app to great effect but they cant because theyd have to stare at the screen the whole time.
Unfortunately the wave sound thats supposed to indicate when to switch from breathing in to breathing out is completely useless. It sounds nice but theres no way I can tell from the sound what to do. Im surprised the app was released like this. Even testing with just one user should have uncovered this major flaw.
Is it worth $3? Id say yes but... It doesnt seem like the product is being developed any more, so dont hold your breath for a solution.
